Michelle teaches a gentle yoga flow style with some sustained asanas. She encourages breath and body awareness, relaxation techniques to help melt the stress away and self care daily practices. She emphasizes opening the heart, letting go and creating freedom of movement through breath and going within.
Michelle was inspired to practice yoga because she wanted to learn how to breathe deeply naturally. She believes yoga can shift peoples outlook on life in a positive, healthy way. Since Michelle has a background of 19 years of providing customize, massage therapy, she loves to intuitively incorporate massage in her yoga classes to help yoga students dissolve their stress, tension, pain and move forward into freedom of movement and open up their energy pathways. |
